Ingredient List of Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

Below are the ingredients mentioned. 

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dry quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 dates or 2 spoons honey.
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened milk

Toppings (Optional)

Dark Chocolate Syrup and banana or any fruit you love. 

Preparation Guide of Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe

  • Take one cup of dry oats and blend it in a mixer along with a cinnamon stick. 
  • Take ¼ cup oil, 2 tsp baking powder, and ¼ tsp salt. Mix well.
  • Now add 2 eggs and 1 cup of wheat flour. Gently mix while adding milk simultaneously.
  • For the sweetness and a mixture of 3 dates, or 2 spoons of honey.

Cooking Instruction for Oatmeal Pancakes

After you read the batter, it’s time to cook your pancakes.

  • Take a serving spoonful of oatmeal batter and spread it onto the non-stick pan.
  • Slow cook on a medium flame until the upper layer is a little dry.
  • Turn the Oatmeal Pancake upside down.
  • Cook for 54-6 minutes on a slow flame until golden brown.

Voila! Your Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes are ready to eat.
